Filming requests

Before sending in your request, please take a look at the price list (link) and the terms and conditions. Once you have made your request using the form below, we will update you on the outcome of your application as quickly as possible.

We advise you to make your request as soon as possible and at least 15 working days before the desired shooting date.

We strongly recommend filming on Mondays (when the museum is closed) and outside museum opening hours: Tuesday to Friday between 8am and 10am.

For evening, night or weekend requests: estimates and quotations on request.

As a reminder, the rates in the shooting price list apply between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, a flat-rate surcharge will apply.

As a reminder, in the event of heavy rain or after flooding, underground spaces are likely to be temporarily inaccessible. A new date will then have to be agreed between the museum and the requester.
